Bookings

Choose an itinerary and book online.Online booking requires a pre-payment of 30% of the full amount.For cash payments, a discount of XXX percent is possible, please contact us by email for that option.Cancellation policy (header)Cancellations are possible up to 7 days before departure with full refund. For cancellations in the 7 days before departure, we charge the booking fee (30%). For cancellations due to illness or urgencies, we will try to accommodate you (minimum 24 hours notice). In case of bad weather; Lux Nautic reserves the right to cancel the tour and will provide full refund. Bad weather is considered as conditions that are dangerous for being out on the sea due to winds and high waves, but not cloudy weather.

Departure point

Our main departure point is in Rovinj, in the ACI Marina located in front of the Grand Hotel Park Rovinj. The exact address is Šetalište Vijeća Europe 1, 52210 Rovinj

If you come by car, you can park it inside the garage of Grand Park Hotel, on a paid parking.

Based on your preferences, we can arrange for guests’ departure points and drop-off points also from Poreč, Pula or Fažana. For this, please contact us by email or phone before you book.

Under each itinerary description the available departure point options are indicated. Please note that due to the distances proposed in each itinerary, not every departure point is possible for every tour.On the day of departure, you are expected to be 10 minutes before the departure time in front of the reception of Grand Park Hotel where our hostess will come to pick you up. You will receive the contact cell phone after your booking is confirmed.

Itinerary adjustments

Adjustments to your itinerary can be made based on your personal preferences and the nautical mileage or hours included. It is up to guests to choose how long the stops for swimming will be. Our captain and hostess are looking forward to welcome you onboard and advise upon your departure. Please do not hesitate to give us a call or send an email with any questions you may have.

Pricing

All prices are inclusive of fuel, towels, snorkelling gear, finger food, snacks and drinks. Drinks that are included in the price are still and fizzy water, coca cola, orange juice, beer, white and red wine, prosecco. Spirits can be served too but they are paid extra.

Safety and damages

Safety comes first. Upon boarding, our crew will instruct you about basic rules and safety, but common sense is key. The skipper is the captain of the boat and for the security of the passengers and the vessel, his guidance is to be followed. If this is not respected, or if passengers are under influence, Lux Nautic reserves the right to cancel the tour. Any damage to the boat is to be paid before leaving the boat.

Sea sickness

The Black Pearl is a boat that can achieve up to 27 knots speeds. It is a very stable boat but if you are very prone to sea sickness, maybe the Calypsa is a better choice for you. Cruising speed of Calypsa is up to 8 knots.
